Delivery, returns & cancellations

Delivery
We currently deliver within the UK. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery timescales will be confirmed before launch.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return them.
Hygiene exceptions
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed toiletries and period products can't be returned once unsealed, unless faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
