Is this a subscription box?

No. You choose your own products and how often you need them. Today all orders are one-off purchases; optional recurring deliveries are coming later.

How do replenishment estimates work?

They're based on the frequency you choose and, optionally, when you started using a product. They're estimates, not exact predictions.

Are the products on the site real?

During development, products marked "Demo" are demonstration listings. Genuine products will be added as suppliers are confirmed.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. See Delivery & returns.

Can I change my order?
